Deposit Requirements

Wagering Requirements

Expiry
Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus must be completed within ten days of activation. The 200 welcome free spins are credited as 20 spins per day over ten days, and each daily batch must be claimed within 24 hours or it expires.
Withdrawals
Requesting a withdrawal or cancelling a bonus voids your bonus eligibility and removes the bonus balance. Withdrawal limits are EUR 500 per day and EUR 7000 per month. Verification may delay withdrawals, so we may ask you for a certified identity document, proof of residence, confirmation of payment method ownership and transaction history, and in some cases bank or card statements and source-of-funds information. Documents should be submitted within 30 days of our request. Our usual review target is ten days after we receive a complete submission, and complex checks may take longer. We may also use third-party identity services or phone or face verification.
Restricted Activity
Activating an incompatible bonus can remove the bonus already active on your account. Keep your login credentials confidential, as you are responsible for activity on your account. If you do not log in for 180 days, your account becomes inactive and may incur a fee of EUR 5 per month until its balance reaches zero.
