Realz Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions
These bonus terms explain how promotions at Realz Casino work, including the welcome bonus, reload offers, cashback and crypto promotions. Please read them together with our general Terms and Conditions before taking part in any offer. We may update these terms from time to time, so check the current version before claiming a promotion. If anything is unclear, you can contact our customer support team for help.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and of the legal age required in your place of residence to open an account and claim bonuses. Your account must be personal, registered with accurate details, and funded only with payment methods you own. Duplicate accounts are not permitted, and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
Welcome Bonus
New players can claim a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, together with 200 free spins and one Bonus Crab pick. The deposit bonus and the free spins must be activated separately in your Profile before you place any bets with the qualifying deposit. The free spins are credited in batches of 20 per day for ten days, and each batch must be claimed within 24 hours. A separate crypto casino welcome offer of 200% up to 3000 USDT is also available. Casino and sports promotions are distinct offers.
Deposit Requirements
A minimum deposit applies to the welcome bonus, and the general minimum deposit on the site is set at a low entry amount. Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill are excluded from the welcome offer. Only deposits made with payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.
Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus carries wagering requirements of 35 times the deposit plus bonus amount. Winnings from free spins must be wagered 40 times. Wagering must be completed within ten days of activating the bonus. Bonus conversion is capped at 10 times the initial bonus amount, and separate conversion caps apply to free spins winnings depending on the number of spins awarded.
Maximum Bet
A maximum bet limit applies while a casino bonus is active. Bets above the permitted limit are not allowed until the wagering requirements have been completed.
Bonus Expiry
Wagering requirements must be met within ten days of bonus activation. Free spins are released as 20 spins per day for ten days, and each daily batch must be claimed within 24 hours or it will be lost.
Withdrawals and Bonus Funds
Requesting a withdrawal or cancelling a withdrawal request voids your bonus eligibility and any remaining bonus balance. Activating an incompatible bonus can also remove an existing bonus from your account. Withdrawals are subject to daily and monthly limits, and completing verification may delay withdrawal processing. Verification can include a certified identity document, proof of residence, confirmation of payment method ownership and transaction history, and we may also request bank or card statements and source-of-funds information. Documents must be submitted within 30 days of our request, and our usual review target is ten days after a complete submission, although complex checks can take longer.
Restricted Activity
Duplicate accounts are prohibited, and accounts must be used only by the person registered. If you do not log in for 180 days, your account becomes inactive and a monthly inactivity fee may be charged until the balance reaches zero. Attempting to activate bonuses that are incompatible with an existing active bonus can result in the existing bonus being removed.
Country Restrictions
Our Terms and Conditions list the following restricted countries and territories: Afghanistan, the Canadian Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States, Yemen and Venezuela. Additional supplier restrictions and separate promotion-specific country restrictions apply. Players from Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia are excluded from certain promotions.
General Conditions
Our promotional calendar also includes reload bonuses, free spins offers, live casino cashback, daily cashback, crypto reload bonuses and the Spinoleague tournament series, each with its own terms published on the site. We may update these bonus terms at any time, and the version published on the website applies. If you have questions about any promotion, contact our customer support team before participating.
